Frequently Asked Questions
I want to unsubscribe.
If you have a user account, sign in and switch delivery mode for your phones/emails to off. If you do not have a user account, sign up again with the exact same name/address and phones/emails but with the delivery mode set to off.
Why do I have to tell you my address?
Many of our alerts target specific locations, down to the house number. We ask for your address so we can determine if you are in an alert area and send only those alerts to your location.
I live outside the city/county/township and want alerts.
If you live outside of the area that you want alerts for, you can download our Hyper-Reach Anywhere app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and put in specific addresses to monitor.
Please note: Hyper-Reach Anywhere will only give you notifications for an area if that area is serviced by Hyper-Reach.
I want to change to SMS only/Voice Only, but did not create a log in.
To edit your existing alert, re-sign up with the same address and contact information but change your alerts to SMS only/Voice only. Afterwards consider creating a login so that you can manage your alerts easier.
Please note: Your name/phone number will need to exactly match your old sign up info to overwrite the last submission.
My street is not listed.
If you can’t find your street, check out Don’t see your street?
What if I have more than one address?
By creating a user account, you will have the ability to set up multiple addresses/alerts and the ability to edit those addresses/alerts. If you did not create a user account when you signed up your first address, re-submit that original address and then sign-up for an account. Once your account is created, you will be able to add and manage addresses.
